Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at accounts@spillykins.com.au
